 We have seen an influx of concerns that are related to unprovoked anaphylaxis, chronic rashes (hives or otherwise) and mast cell related conditions in Adults. These conditions are triaged as Complex. 

We have over 100 patients waiting for complex consults and that will take over a year to see.
We believe that it is unfair to ask patients to wait that long and have closed our referrals for these conditions until we can clear the backlog.
